    The Force Dimension, fundada a finales de los años 80 por René Van Dijck y Tycho de Groot, desarrolló un estilo basado en la fusión de EBM e industrial. Tras su debut en 1989 con KK Records y el lanzamiento de Deus Ex Machina en 1990, la banda cesó su actividad en 1997. En 2013, Van Dijck reactivó el proyecto. Actualmente se reedita Deus Ex Machina en formato doble vinilo, incluyendo material inédito, remezclas de Algorythm y versiones actualizadas de temas previamente no publicados.
